A large male bull shark (Carcharhinus leucas) photographed offshore at Alphonse Island, Seychelles Outer Islands. The shark, accompanied by multiple pilot fish (Naucrates ductor), carefully approached a drifting midwater baited remote underwater video system (BRUVS) in the pelagic seascape, deployed to study the fish assemblages surrounding the island.
